Just curious: after all your bookings - cancellations - re-bookings, did you suffer any cancellation fees from either Etihad or your hotels?

Some cancellations came with some fees, yet Etihad processed refunds super fast, mostly in about 3-5 days. That was appreciated since the amount was adding up fast with every change.

Marcel, it has been a looooong while....too long We all look forward to classy content w/o the vulgar influencer vibe. I am sure that Sam Chui (or somebody at that grade) will get the 3rd row influencer seats. (Edit: Heard the Trek Trendy (That guy with his NASA outfit ) got the Residence...Also HfP was on board, only in Biz class. SO this will be an influencer fest....not really what sth looking forward to. 20 or more video reviews will be promoted heavily on YT) It is a shame that Etihad did not communicate with you AT ALL. It feels that this is sth that ALL carriers (especially in the Middle East) HAVE TO work on! We are talking about the most premium class. Closing doors for your suite or the most luxurious F&B do not count much if the communication falls off completely. This includes any after sales communication and services.
