I'm hesitating between those 2, thanks for the video 🙂 I need a visor on the helmet to protect my eyes from the bright sun. I know that Tectal's visor is adjustable but how "down" can it go?(I miss my cap that I could put in a very downward position when the sun is just above the horizon at dusk with its blinding light but a helmet is definitely more secure than a cap). Last question: Do these helmets have removable visor (for winter for instance)? Thanks

Worst piece of shit I have ever wasted money on. Used for 2 rides, no crashes, I even used the white hlmet sack to keep it nice and clean. On the third ride I put helmet on and turn the adjusment knob and the plastic head line (barely thicker than dental floss) breaks. POC your helmets suck ass.

Let’s cut through the nonsense: tech media isn’t just complicit in this exploitation-it’s actively enabling it. These so-called "reviewers" aren’t journalists; they’re corporate mouthpieces, too spineless or too greedy to call out the blatant profiteering that’s stripping consumers of choice. They’re bought and paid for, plain and simple, and the entire system reeks of corruption disguised as “innovation coverage.” Think about it. Most tech outlets rely heavily on ad revenue from the very companies they’re supposed to critique. In 2024, Apple, Samsung, and Google spent billions on advertising, with estimates showing Apple alone allocating $2.5 billion annually on marketing. These dollars keep the lights on at tech blogs and KZbin channels, which then churn out glowing reviews that conveniently align with their advertisers' interests. You think it’s a coincidence that these reviews barely mention the downsides of removing the headphone jack or SD card slots? It’s not oversight-it’s strategic silence. Then there’s the affiliate marketing racket. These sites don’t just survive on ads; they rake in millions from affiliate links tied to the very products they "review." When they tell you that some $300 pair of wireless earbuds is a "must-have," it’s not because they’re objectively the best-it’s because every click on that link earns them a cut. In 2024, affiliate marketing globally is estimated to exceed $13 billion, and tech media is a massive player in this space. Sites like The Verge, Engadget, and others literally make money when you buy the garbage they’re shilling. How can anyone trust a review that directly profits from the product being sold? The bias is glaring. How often do you see major outlets calling out Apple’s ludicrous pricing for cloud storage or Samsung’s bloated costs for internal memory upgrades? Almost never. Instead, they frame these price hikes as "premium features" or "the cost of cutting-edge tech." It’s manipulation, pure and simple, designed to condition consumers into thinking this exploitation is normal. And let’s not forget the outright PR stunts-like when Apple’s removal of the headphone jack was spun as "courage." Courage? For forcing people to spend hundreds on AirPods that are guaranteed to die in a few years because of irreplaceable batteries? That’s not courage; it’s greed. And the media nodded along, regurgitating Apple’s marketing fluff without a hint of skepticism. And don’t even get started on the reviews themselves. Watch any top KZbin tech channel, and it’s the same script: unboxing, exaggerated enthusiasm for minor upgrades, and a few token negatives buried under endless praise. You’ll hear about the "sleek design" of a phone that removed expandable storage, but not a peep about how that removal forces users into overpriced cloud services. They’ll gush over "wireless convenience" but won’t mention how these accessories are deliberately designed for planned obsolescence. It’s all about keeping the advertisers happy and the affiliate cash flowing. What’s even worse is how this toxic relationship stifles actual criticism. Smaller, independent reviewers who dare to call out these predatory practices are drowned out by the algorithm, which prioritizes big-name channels and outlets. These independents don’t have the same access to review units or ad dollars, so their voices rarely reach the masses. Meanwhile, the corporate-backed media churns out content that’s indistinguishable from a press release. And the consumers? They’re left to foot the bill, duped into thinking they’re getting cutting-edge innovation when, in reality, they’re paying more for less. They’re funneled into buying expensive, less durable wireless accessories, locked into recurring cloud storage fees, and convinced to upgrade every few years for features they didn’t need in the first place. All while tech media claps like trained seals, shouting about how "revolutionary" these downgrades are. This isn’t journalism-it’s a rigged game where the house always wins, and the consumer always loses. The media isn’t just complicit; it’s an active participant in the scam, selling out its audience for a slice of the corporate pie. It’s time we stop pretending these outlets are on our side. They’re not watchdogs-they’re lapdogs. If you’re waiting for them to bite the hand that feeds them, don’t hold your breath. They’ve already sold their teeth.

Oh yeah... choosing a thing according to your body shape is a lot of fun, especially when each manufacturer has its own sizes. When I was choosing a helmet for a motorcycle... I could only put on a helmet from Shoe... it fit perfectly, the others were like saucepans on my head and pressed everywhere or, on the contrary, dangled. Now I'm going to watch a video about the helmet I already bought =))) I hope it will suit me.

I have the 20 and 30 litre versions of this pack, I would say they are as comfortable as my Osprey packs and just as well made for half the price, I walk every day with my dog and carry 7 kg in the 30 litre pack, you can’t even tell you’re wearing it, it is that comfortable. I would recommend this pack to anyone, it is top notch.

The reasons why these FREE softwares don't work perfectly is so we purchase the the real thing. Well, i don't have $400 just waiting to be spent. Besides we have already paid for it when they sold our private data to millions of sharks. I would love to hit them with the barracuda in the face. And furthermore that AI is a garbage junk.

I notice the Tectal has an issue with glasses. Meaning I am unable to use my glasses since the temple part of the glasses come in contact with the temple area of the helmet. POC was not very helpful in addressing this. I notice that POC MTB only comes in 3 sizes but road comes in more sizes. Bummer, I like my POC road helmet but looks like I am unable to use POC MTB. @pocsportsyoutube
