Googs is a great track! Did it coming in the south direction in 2022 with a group of mates before doing a lap of Eyre Peninsula and back to Adelaide. You've probably head off already, but if you've got a spare night or two, heading just west of Ceduna to explore the dunes around Davenport Creek and the coast west of there was well worth the detor after it being suggested to us by some locals.

Took me a decent bit to realise this was an eBay ad as well as a trip announcement 🤣 I'm excited for a new trip series soon! Are you trying to guilt-trip me into re-doing my 12v that I've been putting off for a year?

Bad acting, the Mog wasn't even close to stuck. Or did you want to tell us that you suck so bad at driving? You could have tied every other vehicle at hand transverse behind the Mog, it would have stopped only for running on empty

Hmm I’m very late to the party on this video, and unsure what size tires you’re running in this vid. I have 255/85’s on my puma, and I’m very hesitant to install if the rub is going to be excessive. Thoughts? 2 years on, are you happy with it?
@SIDETRACKEDАй бұрын
2 years on and it's only minimal rub, tyre is rubbing factory LR panel also, so a longer bump stop should be used but its only very minimal. The water tank is good, but not perfect. Great use of the space, I just regret the hole drilled inside as it limits my set up options on that panel.
@sgraham0791Ай бұрын
Thanks mate. I appreciate the comment. I wouldve installed it 2 years ago too but the filler hole put me off. I guess it’s a custom made solution to have something there without a filler hole inside. Just would need a breather up nice and high uh.

Did you guys found a solution to avoid having the steering wheel too close to the legs? I'm a short person and it is too damn close...
@SIDETRACKEDАй бұрын
I do have a smaller wheel than standard now so no problem.

Hey! Is the passenger seat too close to the door for you? I was thinking of adding a rivet nut for the side of the base that is closest to the door. I was wondering if you have the same issue.
@SIDETRACKEDАй бұрын
I haven't noticed a problem but also don't spend much time there..

Hey mate, first of all great video with a lot of torque details which was really handy !! About the outer bearing that you first torque to 190nm and then re torque to 4NM, it doesn’t seem to be enough, my tyre move when I force on it by hand ! Do you think I should re right it firm by hand or is it not advised ?

Although the reviewers and some commentators think the ladder is for elderly individuals consider for a moment that this is the only ladder that can assist those who have sustained injury and still want to remain active. Athletes, military, etc who may no longer be able to make an upward approach will definitely appreciate wide steps, shallower angle, and hand rails. Barriers to entry need not only be financial but also could be disability both born or incurred and temporary or permanent. I applaud ARB in this respect. I appreciate the concept yet agree others that modifications are needed (increased length, quality zippers, increased load bearing capacity for rails, and water channels for liquid egress as well as caps to prevent dirt ingress at the drain holes). Cheers
