I have the Memphis Slim 19" on my Spirit. A somewhat expensive accessory but oh so worth having. They grow on you after a while astetically because they serve an undeniable function in ride comfort.

Honda makes a very good product after seeing the fury that is going to be my next bike .i had a cmx 250 m13 and gave it away to my late wife ex as his 4x4 burn he later passed away I was going to get it back service it etc and ride it about 4800 kms back home everyone said it wouldn’t make it as a 1986 model but the grandson got to it and wants to do it up I was going to customise. It but he can have it and yes I trusted the bike even small to go the distance because like a good product if you look after it good oil and clean fuel and fix things before they break they will last for ever and Honda bike I have had 3 and never let me down the second was a X

Harley is too dumb to make a chopper, they are too stupid to put a rake , extend the neck and front tube's to make a fun to ride cool looking motorcycle . Harley has for 60 years missed the boat on opportunity to build a chopper . They started with the 72 but they did not rake the tripple trees, extend the tube's, and they put on a gas tank good for 30 miles before refill. I swear the whole company must be on drugs.

I do remember wrestlers riding in on motorcycles. Probably was the seed being planted in my mind and my future love of riding. Also, I think it is hilarious to see you riding through my favorite short riding loop near my house. Stay safe and keep two wheels down.

The old timers who are strict on the "American made" motorcycles will scoff at the name, but change their tune when they see it in person. As far as feeling like a douche, no, it's hard to be a douche on a honda.

You convinced me I want one now you hear people think a 1800cc engine but doing 80 mph is plenty and Honda has a good product as I hear guys complain their Harley's have oil leaks and the European bike a engine bearings failing and other problems .I did have a Honda cmx 250 v 1986 I have it too my wife's ex as his 4c4 burnt it got set aside and he died but the grandson has it and want to restore it I tried to get it and they are such a good bike I was going to put new tyres service it new wheel bearings and ride it 4800 KMs so I had transport in the city but he wants it so he has it I have been looking to see what bike to buy and it was a toss up the Yahama 650 vstar the Honda vtxb1300 or the fury and after seen Sean from SRK cycles and now this video I would love the Honda fury the mileage is a little lower then I would like but I can manage with that. I'm 66 and want comfort and a lot of people that do videos like it but say it doesn't match a Harley etc but they don't really like Honda were your video proves it's a good product and yes you get the odd bad one but I have had 4 Honda bikes found easy to work on parts are not bad price original parts and give a nice ride they were not super bikes for around town were I used them for they were perfect never let me down thanks for the honest review

These young riders around me are crazy! They all want their own things, girls want to do their own things, cruisers want to do their own things, the red bikes want to do their own thing, get about 10 of them together and they argue about everything! 🤣🤣

Actually, I think what has happened is that there are a bunch of lame riders today. People own a bike so they can say, they own a bike. Then sell it when it is 6 years old and it only has 115 miles on it, because they "never had time to ride". Actually, they were just afraid to ride, because they didn't take the time to learn and practice. Group rides get canceled, because of rain drops, or "Ted and Maggie can't make so we will just try for next week instead". You know fair weather riders. I have been riding since 2020 when I turned 55. My first year I road mostly in parking lots, doing figure 8's and panic stops. Riding at the mall to simulate riding on the road by using the many stop signs for controlled stops and proper left and right hand turns from a stop. I don't have as many years to ride as I would have had I started riding at 20 0r 30. So, I am committed to riding as much as possible. I literally ride every day. I have been averaging about 10 -12000 miles a year. When I contact friends to ride, they say, "it's too cold, it's too hot, it might rain, we'll get home too late, I can't go over night". It is hard to put in the effort to plan a ride or event and have everyone else only wanting to ride in the best weather and on the best roads and nowhere else. So, I just ride by myself. I work a 4-10 work week and that allows me to do 1,000-to-1,500-mile three-day weekends once a month. I have also been doing 5000 mile rides every summer. I don't have time to wait on everyone else to ride. I live in southeast Texas, so I am able to ride to work every day, it is a little over 50 miles round trip. The only days I don't ride is if I need to carry something that is unsafe or impractical to transport on a motorcycle or in the fall and winter if there is a thunderstorm in the morning, because it is still very dark at 6:00 am and I don't feel that is safe as I may not be seen by drivers with bad wipers. I also won't ride if it is raining and freezing, because it is not conducive to riding a motorcycle. But, if those conditions clear up by the time I get back home, you can bet I will be riding even if it is only for a 20-mile ride to the beach and back. I like riding with groups of friends but not really with strangers. I am also not interested in going to the big rallies alone. I would love to go if I had two or more good friends go with me, but as I said, everything has to be perfect for most people to want to ride anymore. I do, however, very much enjoy meeting other riders and making new friends of other people when they are as committed to riding as I am and love learning from them and also teaching them what I know and sharing stories of where we have both been and plan to go.
