Thank you for watching! I understand that upcycling from thrift stores may not be everyone's cup of tea. However, many people enjoy learning these techniques and find them useful. It's important to remember that kindness goes a long way in supporting different interests and creative endeavors. Thanks again for taking the time to comment.

My new favorite craft! I tried it with thin, semi glossy magazine paper and it peeled right off after soaking...didn't even have to rub it off!

Do you actually go to the dump? City or county refuse site? I didn’t know you could actually do that.

Thank you for sharing this tecnique. I love to do mix media and have only done collage with magazine pics by gluing down the pic. I usually remove the gloss from the pic by rubbing lightly with acetone

You might find nail polish remover does the same thing, or even bicarb (baking soda).

Wonderful video. I want to try this but I fear my printer will suck the paper right into it and create a paper jam. I have an inexpensive Epson XP-7100 and I don't think it takes much more than computer paper. I have been saving my sticker papers from my business and am dying to do something with them. Nicely done. You're a good teacher. Thanks so much.

You know this is cool, but plaid company made outdoor waterproof mod podge lol. I’m lazy enough that I use it. I did wonder if one could make their own version. So this is so cool and ingenious. Kudos. !!! Yay. This stuff is probably better.

Awesome! I bought some graphics from you off Etsy the other day and tried everything in the world to get them resized. Was very frustrating. So question, in the future I should save from the get go to google docs or just move there? And which should I be working with jpg, Svg, png? As always thank you for your awesome teaching
