I think this is what I love about this color. It changes with light SO MUCH. I just painted my nail studio which had a huge west facing window and I’m getting the blue undertone because…the window has heavy tint on it. Once I add some interior lights it will change again and be a huge topic for me and my clients to talk about. My flooring is a perfect grey. Thank you for the tip on the complimenting colors for Sea Salt. 🌊🧂❤

Hi! I wonder what do you think of SW Siitake. My house faces East. I have a light tone blue sectional sofa, with medium tone stained wood cabinets & carrara marble counter tops, dark brown floors. Some decor elements in soft green. It is coastal, tranquil atmosphere. The color will be used on walls, trim & ceiling throughout the entire house. Any suggestions? Painted our floor trim and doors Shoji White 150% and walls the regular color and regretting it everyday because, like you said, it changes color. It's taken on a very pink hue and it drives me crazy. I am not repainting all that right now so we are living with it.

This video helped me add Natural Tan to sample wall paint for very bossy light orange/cherry wood floors. White Heron nice and light but I can't stomach the violet undertones.

We are painting the ceiling Dunmore Green. Tried to find a nice neutral for the walls... revere pewter is nice but we wanted more beige. Grant beige is perfect blend of grey and beige with green undertone. Looks great together.

My walls and trim are all white dove. I’d like to paint my interior doors either accessible beige or revere pewter. Which would you recommend? My floors are a light oak color.

My cousin just used this color and I'm not researching it for my south facing kitchen, which is very different than hers. 1923 1 bedroom craftsman. Doing... butcher block counter, subway tile back splash. Original shaker cabinets... lower medium gray, upper light gray. Thinking of this for the walls and ceiling... and the trim if it should be the same color. From your video, it sounds like it would pair well and not look beige or yellow.

You mentioned White Down might look too creamy if paired with a dark wood or wood with cherry hues. What if my flooring is a light brown (Logan Pass Montana Plank, Becjham Brothers) but one of the planks has a purple/pink undertone? I worry white down might look too yellow, but looking for something to pair with cloud white cupboards....

The rating for light is confusing. We are remodeling a small bathroom, without windows & I want to put Sea Salt on the ceiling & the walls. There is wainscoting that I want to paint white. We will use tile in the tub/shower in Kalay Green subway tile. What type of bulbs do I use to make sure the true color of Sea Salt is in the room? Not bluish. Or, should I put Sea Salt on the wainscoting & a white on walls & ceiling? Wainscoting is normal height on the walls.

Gray owl is a beutiful color. It ended up too dark in my south facing living room perhaps because there is a bit of shade that comes from a balcony. Nimbus also. Horizon turned too gray. Any suggestions?
