Parks only have homeless if the park is located in a poor area. In middle class and up areas there are no homeless at the park. But I do agree with you China is probably safer then the US in major cities you literally have to be in the house by 10pm. Because law biding citizens don't really commit gun crime but the mentality I'll and criminally inclined get guns very easily. I also agree public transportation is a joke in America if you take the bus it takes 1 and 1/2 hours to go on the bus the same distance as it would take 20mins in a car.
