What im far more interested in, yet cant seem to find nearly barely anything on, Is what does each length of block do for the response of the arm itself? Is a shorter block more responsive with a better flutter, or a longer block? Tone is not the concern iMO

Hey I bought a guitar from the market play, it's a tangle wood. I looked at a couple of videos and I was a skeptic at first because you didn't show where to Soldier. I put trust in you and yessss it paid off. I have eliminated 100% of my hum by using this method. Thank you so much

Going to build one of these. Recently got back into guitar and found some Tesla AH 1 actives I never fitted to anything. This could be ideal, I've never owned an sg style

I listened with headphones, in the first configuration test, the V30 sounds better I agree, but in the 2dn configuration, they sound pretty similar...

I have a different model BB pickup I bought in 1977. It used a sticky putty to adhere to my Guild acoustic. I’ve been using it on my mandolin lately. The putty is no more. I use a clothes pin at the F hole to hold it on. Still sounds good after all these years. I put it through an LR Baggs preamp.

So you use yours EMG in a nomal height, for what could see. More low more vintage, right?

Why the kindergarten approach, if we're watching this video pbviouslycwe have a guitar, amp, comuter and most probably know how to play. If I wanted to wstch someone wanker about, I'd look in the mirror, you're just wasting everbody's time

How do I get the sound on my amp ? I connected it with USB but which settings do I have to adjust so that it works
@lone-wolf-128 күн бұрын
Sounds fat! I like it! Next idea: make a pickup wich is wound double coil for the plain strings and single coil for the wound strings. So, the thick strings sound wiry and crisp and the thin strings sound fuller. Another idea: mount a disc piezzo under the neck heel in the body, for acoustic kind of sound or to mix with electric pickups. probably needs an extra output jack. Third idea: mount a flat goldfoil pickup in the neck at about 17-th and 19-th fret. Foth idea: extend the frets to 32 frets with a wooden piece glued to the pickguard. 😅

Hey I could be wrong about this so feel free to defend if I am wrong (or you can just ignore this comment if it’s true I guess). Why at 4:14 does he stop playing but as the track he was playing to continues and fades out, it turns out the track has drums in it? There are also other moments in the video (such as when the camera from the height of his waist is focused at his hands) where his motions do not correspond with the drum sounds attached with the video (such as 3:58 where a cymbal is played before he even moves to it). I’ve seen this same thing in other videos about the Aeroband pocket drum 2 max, but only the ones that have paid promotion. This guy and others are likely putting prerecorded drum tracks over the muted video clips of them pretending to actually play it. I would be weary of trusting such videos and products, this may very well be faked. Aeroband is likely paying off drum review KZbinrs to make fake positive reviews. So, Brent, feel free to explain if I’m wrong or you can just ignore this if it’s true. Not trying to be rude or anything I just feel like something fishy is going on in these types of reviews.
@BrentHutchinsonАй бұрын
Lol you are looking way to hard at trying to discredit it. Its simply a case of when I recorded the video the audio goes to my daw and video os on my camera they don't 100 percent marry. The same thing happens in some of my guitar videos diesnt mean I didn't play it.
@BrentHutchinsonАй бұрын
I'll also add it's not a paid video so I have nothing to gain.
@sethplummer7828Ай бұрын
Ok cool I figured that could be the case for some of those clips. Does that explain the continuing drum track at 4:14 tho? Because it was in sync all the way through when you stopped playing, but then a drum track continued anyways. Thanks for answering btw! I must’ve mistaken this as one of the paid promotion videos (b/c all of the others I’ve come across are), so I do really appreciate this vid if it’s completely honest.
