Wow beautiful what would something like this cost?
@CookingwithChefRich5 күн бұрын
@Maria-fq1en Hi Maria, Normally, a basic fruit platter costs $3.00 per person. A centerpiece, like the pineapple 🍍 with swirled fruit, would add $25.00. The pineapple platter will feed about 25 to 35 people. Total will be about $110.00. Are you in New Jersey? If you watch my fruit platter video that has 286,000 views, I go into detail how to do it yourself, so you dont have to pay me...lol. Thank you for watching 🙏 Be well

Mine said 78 grams. 4 grams equals 1 teaspoon of sugar.
@CookingwithChefRich9 күн бұрын
@donnakeizer1468 Hi Donnakeizer, So 1/3 cup of sugar weights 65 grams. So your bottle of coke has more than 1/3 cups of sugar. In my humble opinion, drinking 1/3 cups of sugar can not be healthy. As far as the numbers being different, my coke was a 20 ounce bottle, bought in the United States. If you live outside the US, Coke very often uses cane sugar, which is different than the corn syrup that Coke uses in the US. I do, thank you for watching. May I ask what you thought of the video, please? Be well, Chef Rich

@MrBlaklip Hi MrBlaklip, Generally, a crudite consists of raw veggies. So I never blanch them. Definitely wash your vegetables. Think about muching on a carrot stick, a piece of cucumber, or celery with your favorite dip. It doesn't need to be blanched. Broccoli, cauliflower, and zucchini are less popular, but some people eat them. Thank you so much for watching 👍🏻 Be well

I can personally attest that this easy straightforward taste exercise has elevated my cooking game to a point where I’m not doubting myself on whether I cooked a good meal or not, and also wherein I’m not tied to exact instructions of a recipe. It has given me confidence in the kitchen and led me on a journey of continuously improving my skills. As Chef Rich says, even the pros are not perfect and need to be objective about their taste.
