My mom always made beautiful fruit and veggie platters. She made penguins out of boiled eggs, black olives and carrot pieces for noses, she made mice out of pears and flowers out of melons etc. Her Christmas cookie and snack platters were so beautiful and I cherish every minute I spent time in the kitchen with her. Your video reminds me of the tender moments all five of us children had with mom in the kitchen. Thank you for sharing your incredible talent.

@Maria-fq1en Hi Maria, Normally, a basic fruit platter costs $3.00 per person. A centerpiece, like the pineapple 🍍 with swirled fruit, would add $25.00. The pineapple platter will feed about 25 to 35 people. Total will be about $110.00. Are you in New Jersey? @angieangki9904 Hi Angie, Interesting question. Unfortunately, there is no real great answer. Out of all the fruits, watermelon generay lets out the most amount of water. I almost always put the watermelon down first , and if it lets out a lot of water, you can dry it before you add other fruits to the platter. No other words of wisdom on that question. Sorry!
