I am so deeply sorry that you received this news--I truly wish you the best in your health and healing. Please know you have the love and support of so many, even if we're all just strangers on the internet. I hope you're able to prioritize rest in the coming year--please don't overwork yourself! Taking a youtube sabbatical would be completely reasonable. Anyway, wishing you the best from this corner and sending love!

Question. Sometimes things intuitively come along, thoughts. They are then given voice .. and in return there are.. we will go with.. brain tingles? That the intensity seems to indicate... a hot cold situation.

Something you do so well in your videos, and I'm not sure if you have a team that helps with this, but you will use terminology like "we want to have a sense of control." And then I hear that, and I think, "no no no, I don't want to be controlling, that's what other people have done to me." And right when I start to think that, you have a popup explaining that " 'control' in this sense is agency, the ability to choose." Like you knew exactly what I would misinterpret this word to mean, and had a popup ready for that. It means a lot.

I am self identified autistic and did, without much hope I will get any kind of diagnosis or help. I live in a state with abysmal healthcare options, no option to move away, and I'm 49, so the chances of having anyone listen are almost nil. I don't know overall statistics, but not having access to resources is a huge reason it doesn't get reported.

Dear Dr Lloyd I was pretty shocked by these news - just like everybody else, I guess. I’d like to send you my best wishes, lots of strength and fighting spirit. You are a gem, providing so much help for others. Your love, empathy and kindness shine through every minute of every video. Thank you for this information. It speaks for itself that even in these difficult days, you reach out, try to do good and think about if or how somebody else might profit from your frightening situation. You’re really extraordinary! Thanks a lot. Lots of love and confidence 💝

I'm so sorry that you've received this news, I imagine that you're terrified. I wanted to send my best wishes to you & your family. Earlier this year I was recommended your KZbin channel as a means of gaining information while I wait for an assessment for a DID diagnosis. Your informative, compassionate approach has been invaluable these last few months, thank you. I sincerely hope that 2025 sees a positive shift in your health & diagnosis. Speedy recovery! X

Dr. Lloyd, your presentation in Ohio was an amazing experience. We got so much out of it. It was a blessing to attend, to meet you, and to talk ducks. My ducks and cats were huge emotional support when I was going through chemo and radiation. Yours will be too I'm sure. My family was so there for me but the ducks were where I went to let it all out. They cared but weren't burdened like my human support. I don't know what I did in rough times before them. So, knowing you have your ducks reassures me that you'll have that space to feel freely amidst soothing sounds, silly antics, or curious faces tilting up to you. You will be in our prayers! Please take good care of yourself in this difficult season!

I don't have a prostate, so not super relevant for me personally, but it is good to spread awareness. Wishing you all the best and good luck on your journey.

Hello, Dr. Mike. Like others here, this is my first comment on KZbin. I wish you all the best for your current challenging phase, and thank you for your honesty in your last video. Your videos on OSDD/DID have been part of my support system and assisted me in reaching final fusion a few months ago. Thank you so much. It is wonderful. It is a joy. My world is full of colour now and the past is in the past. I wish the cancer journey on no-one, but it was found early and your video may egg other men on to get themselves checked out and catch the Big C before it's too late. In particular I'm thinking of any male victims out there who may follow your channel. The world could do with more people like you! I wish you and your family peace in the coming holiday period and all the best for the upcoming medical journey.
