The lack of sportsmanship from Pollard is appalling. Regardless of how good you are, there's no reason to spike the disc in front of an opponent whom u just knocked over. A passing gust of wind is all this guy is gonna be

The irony: every great catch is from a shitty throw. If you want to see BETTER ultimate you'd have clips up beautiful working of the disc, and of course beautiful defensive shutdowns.

I’m in the 8th grade, I take ultimate pretty serious and I play with some hs teams, it’s the winter so I was wondering what u guys do for workouts to stay in shape. Thanks!

Consider other sports in the winter if ultimate isn't available. At your age, it's been shown that multi-sport athletes are much better at their main sport and have less injuries as different muscles get used as your body develops.

Sometimes just a fingernail can be enough to deflect the disc, kinda like in basketball. One of the things I love about this sport.
