I hope to help you guys, I play ultimate my self at a lower level obv, but theres weird rule that allow steps in certain cituation and he rotated on his left foot only after the steps so not neccesarily due to specific things, but yes usually that would be a travel

You could call travel on maybe 50% of those throws.

I see what your saying but they changed the travel rule to were it only matters if it impacts the play so travels are now harder to accurately call

I've been saying! I'm guessing the rule is going to go out the window for "pro" level. Likely because it slows down the game for new viewers. The advantage it gains though....

@@hockeyhalod I think that's a reasonable explanation. TIcky-tacky calls bog the game down and if you're attempting to sell the game as exciting, it makes "sense."

@@antonio_brewer This has never made sense to me. In most scenarios there's no way to definitively prove that a travel impacts a play-that would require a defender to claim that a closer mark would have led to a worse/inaccurate/rushed throw, which is not really a fair standard to a hold a defender to. The onus has to be on the offensive player not to break the rules, no matter the affected outcome. I've always reasoned that UFA should have more travel calls that self-officiated frisbee, since there are dedicated refs who aren't having to actually mark a player. But I'm clearly fighting a losing battle... (The replay at 5:07 is particularly egregious - 6 steps, right in front of the ref!)

This game was rigged…the early drop by Carolina and multiple easy drop thru out the whole game by them

UFA needs to reevaluate the standards they set for referees. this game was atrocious. there were 5 horrific calls that went in the flyer's favor. the game should have never been as close as it was. thank god mn closed it out even with the refs selling them out.
