Been looking around for a simple EVA foam sword template and this looks ideal! I'll probably make the entire thing out of foam since I don't have any woodworking tools, but as long as the rod goes through the actual handle I don't think that should be an issue. This will be my first foam sword attempt so this should be interesting...

Not sure if you will see this but the link to the stencils is broken. I also went to your site and downloaded the NCR Ranger template with the pdf's of the stencils and that wouldn't open either unfortunately :/

@ashenwarriorprops looks good. I actually ended up building your helmet for a con in my area, and even though I had three days to make it, it ended up looking really good. I had never used a stencil before, and it made life a million times easier.

I'm planning on doing that for my cosplay! I'm planning on using sheet metal and hd foam to thicken it up. and attach everything with rivets, using washers for the foam to work with the rivets. for painting it I think a Nuka cola paint job would be cool.

Im making a cosplay for the solitude set and ive had to template everything myself, its definitely hard and theres a whole lotta detail. Wish i knew more about paper craft softwares and all that stuff before hand but 🤷 Definitely interesting seeing a different way of doing it lol
