I'm very inflexible right now so I cannot even get my armpit to the pole haha. I'll have to work on this.

Thank you so much for this tutorial! Is it normal for my calf muscle to feel uncomfortably squashed? I never sustain pole injuries luckily but the only time I ever have done is from this move/the squashed calf muscle.

Elizabeth 😍😍😍😍 you are the best teacher ever !!!! So long time I was waiting for a Real tutorial of this shape...you did so well ❤️ love all your explanations and détailed tips !!! And wooow 😱🔥 that final combo ! Do you have ever done a vidéo to explain this Split shouldermount entry !!!!!! ??? My next goal !

So funny! Just last night I was saying I needed to revisit this move and here you are with a beautiful combo at the end that I had to try out immediately. Unfortunately I saw your video after 2 hours of aerial hammock. Let’s just say my arms are now noodles because of course I had to do it like 20 times. 😂

So cool! Never seen it before! Thanks! And the opposite? From outside to brass sit?
@Elizabeth_BFit16 күн бұрын
Glad you like it. Let me know how it goes when you give it a try! In reverse it doesn't work quite the same because there isn't space to thread that leg back in. But you absolutely can go outside leg hang to inside and then twizzle to a brass monkey, sitting up into a brass sit.
