You approach these issues from a very diplomatic, compassionate, and empathetic view of others. I tend to just think these folks are shallow, but I like that you give them some benefit of the doubt.

Yeah, first lady went from "democracy blah blah fair enough they win" to "If the time comes we will fight to protect democracy" sounds like she feels a loss of freedom or like shes indirectly projecting her thoughts on such.

Generally I agree, but would never recommend trying to distract your partner with sex when they are clearly upset and trying to explain that they feel unappreciated or disrespected. There were other ways to change the mood. Using sex to avoid her feelings here likely only added to her feeling disrespected. Whatever his intentions may have been, it comes across like he's only willing to be appreciative and loving when sex is involved.

Can’t help but sense some irony and smugness in your tone, but I’m glad you respect his message, I believe that is his whole idea, he takes it too far but you shouldn’t, but its great to have a force that fights against modern “excuses for everything” culture, in the real world that doesn’t care about your feelings I’d rather listen to goggins than to people that applaud weakness and support being full of excuses

Ronaldo fan here - I think Messi, although heavily influenced by his upbringing, stayed humble cuz of character. Some ppl are not that easily changed by fame and money. Plus he has a steady relationship that probably keeps him grounded. Nevertheless, still choosing Ronaldo due to all the work he's been putting throughout the years.

It is true that confidence is a muscle. Perhaps useful for some introverts - it's sometimes easier to try acting confident when away from home and surrounded by unknown ppl that most likely you're not gonna see again.

Just workout while doing everything that changes in your life to help you grow and get outside. These 2 things alone will help you uncover what you need to fix your life. Cause if you work then you work on gaining muscle, losing weigh/bulking, better diet, more focus on sleep, mood changes, mental strength, you body after a workout has no time to be sad. You body is trying to relax and make sure you are ok, turn your inner pain into anger that is let out in a workout, and once you recover from a the workout day. You actually feel good. For going outside. It common sense that going outside and being in nature will actually help you. Just sitting on a bench is enough just do 5 minutes a day or something like that. You will see a lot of improvement.

Introverts and people lacking confidence are two different groups. Yes, some introverts lack confidence, but, when you consider we are only about 25% of the population, it is highly unlikely (almost impossible) for us to make up the majority of people lacking in confidence, even if we are overrepresented in that population, and neither you nor I know that. Introversion is not and does not cause social anxiety, lack of confidence or anything else. Do some fucking research. I'm an introvert, and people my whole life have tried to tell me I'm not, because they don't understand what it is--stop feeding that ignorance with bullshit like this, please. People who need confidence don't need to be thinking they are introverts, because they probably are not.

I hate when people equate being introverted to a lack of confidence
@canttakeanymore29 күн бұрын
I was just about to post the same reply. Confidence and introversion have nothing to do with one another. In fact, I wish people would quit equating introversion with all kinds of mental illness like social anxiety, etc. Introversion is a set of personality characteristics you're born with like blond/brown hair and things like that--not some disability to be overcome. Preach! Edit: I didn't mean hair color and personality are the same...but being born with blond hair doesn't immediately mean one needs to learn confidence, and neither does being born with introversion.

I haven't heard of it but just now I read the summary on wiki and I have to say I agree with it. Man i think your channel has a nice potential but i think your lightning setup really breaks the deal. It is too overexposed, misty and bright and its just on a weird angle. I think you should youse a Remmbrandt type of lighting setup with some shadows on your face to add more of a professional look to your videos. Consider the setup in the podcast video you use for example, i think it would be better for your channel.

Theres a problem when you ignore pain too much. If you run 20+ miles a day and you ignore the digns of shin splints youre going to develop a stress fracture and guess what you cant run with a stress fracture.
