I love your channel honestly. I came from the video where you reacted to David goggins. You’re probably the best therapist channel on KZbin

There is a terrific, firm critique of DEI, from the left. It ain't this, her Joe Rogan light.

I need help and dont know where to find it. I dont even know what im looking for. I have "ptsd" i guess. I wake up bawling my eyes out and unable to breath or catch my breath. Not knowing where am, whats happening. Its terrifying to say the least. The screaming and begging and pleaing was too much for me but i was trapped. I did everything i could have done. no regrets. But i cant shake this inner, constant pain. Im happy. Im healthy. I have soo much purpose. I got zero "poor me" in my blood. But its haunts me. What do i do now?

I have a wife and 3 small boys. I need to be here for them no matter what. Im a good person. I have always done what I perceived was the right thing. I heard screaming for help and I ran as fast as I could to do so. But now what do I do with these memories

@carpentryfirst3048 hey carpentry first. It seems like you have been through it. I have 3 small boys too. We are kindred spirits brother! It looks like you need some kind of desensitization. Basically the memory is associated with(tied to) intense feelings and that association needs to break because a memory on its own(without the assiciation) cannot harm you. Email me (chucounseling@gmail.com) and we can meet for a consultation (for free) and we can talk more. No strings attached. Just want to help. Blessings!
