Welcome back, great to have a nice, calming video from you today after the less than ideal week I have had. Quite a lovely house especially the outside areas. I recently saw a house with both pot filler above the regular large sink and also a smaller sink in the island, I think it is to help maintain the so called working triangle for efficiency in some larger kitchens.

Wow a pot filler above the regular large sink that’s a odd to still incorporate a sink in the island but as you mentioned it helps maintain for efficiency which I suppose this will work especially in large kitchens! @@ShennelMarshayAsmr Sorry, my week was so crazy that I am not even typing or thinking right. The pot filler was above the stove. The kitchen had a large regular sink and then a smaller sink in the island. I prefer nothing on the island generally but the two sinks probably make sense in that very big kitchen.

This house is GORGEOUS, and your whispers are soo soo relaxing. But I had to say the exit to the back yard through the bathroom is caught me off guard. Imagine being like “come out to my back yard” and walk through the bathroom. I know it’s not the only exit to the back yard it’s just funny to me.
