I love the layout of this house, especially the main area. Also my jaw literally dropped at the powder room flooring - i love how there are colours to match the sink but also the wood flooring to tie it to the rest of the house. So beautiful!!

I really like this house. I like the colors used, including the gold hardware and the lay out is generally thoughtful. Then it seems to have good size windows and greet natural light.Unfortunately, It is guilty of a huge and unforgivable flaw to me which is the closet being so close to the toilet/bathroom. Fantastic video and I love your empathy for the bedrooms by wanting them to be together! I have bedroom empathy too😄.

I love the color scheme like the powder room and laundry room matching colors then the other guest bathroom matching the mud room colors then also how the kitchen and primary bathroom has the same colors very thought out, I agree!! I too am not a fan of a toilet being near the bathroom area but if it’s the only con vs the other pros I’d definitely make an exception 🤩 Glad you have the same sentiments as me when it comes to guest being next to each other as it just breaks my heart when it’s no support my heart always bleeds when a layout separates the guest so far away. I truly am a softie 🥰😆☺️
