I may be wrong in this case but I think that satin is not the paint color but the surface finish of the paint. Many kitchen cabinets in a range of colors from white to black and everything in between are in a satin finish. Satin is a common finish for painted cabinets as it is not too flat or too shiny. Excellent video as always; as a lazy person, I really like the smallish yard space.

I’m not sure in this case, as I remember or recall me and the realtor looking at the different paints and we saw a base paint that they use I believe before they place the color paint choice and we saw the color Satin which I looked up that color and it matches the color hue of Satin in this kitchen but again it’s different hues of that color Satin but was able to see the exact color so this is why I believe it’s the name of the paint. I’m a active person and don’t care for exceptionally large backyards as the maintenance will be overbearing, I think low maintenance of grass is a universal appreciation haha 😆 glad to see you, thanks for stopping by as always 🤍
