18:09 yea uh its most likely supposed to be unsettling considering splatoon is literally a post-apoplectic shooter no like actually, it looks like a funny squid game but in reality the setting is a world 12,000 years after humanity wiped themselves out with nuclear weapons, and 100 years after a war that has left the Octarians in shambles

Great editing and humor! It's so cool to see these unique indie games that usually don't get a spotlight (well other than killer frequency, that's less of a 'hidden' gem in the indie horror game community, but well deserved shoutout anyway) Would love to see more videos in this format 🥺

You know, I don't mind that you've moved away from Animal Crossing content into more general gaming content! I think I mostly watch you for, well, you, honestly! Instead of being real hyper and overreactive, you're more calm and laid back, perfect for watching while I play games on my main monitor :D

Oh my goodness ... someone who knows my pain! Why ... oh, why ... can't things just stay the way they are ... ? ... !!! Why ... after we gave them the best of our life ... did they have to leave us like they did ... ! ... why ? ... why !!! Why can't we just pay 20 bucks a month to play which ever one we want ... the way we want. Why ... does life have to be this way ... ? ... why !!! It's exactly the same with Sims2 ... and Sims3 ... and Sims4 ... it's pure torture !!!

I think I figured out the full lore: People are looking for "He" or "Him" but he was eaten by the player (The option at the start saying "Eat someone") and buried. The dog giving you advice while also hating you. There might be more that i missed out, like Tom Nook's wife, Linda.

Killer Frequency is a Banger. The atmosphere is really something. Highly recommend it. Story does get a little bit goofy with it, but the tension, voice acting and nailing of the slasher trope is worth it.

I was bothered that no one had an answer about Shakabula, so I did some Googling, ha ha! Apparently Sakabula is the Zulu name for a specific bird with long tail feathers (the image of the game is of the bird). I also found a South African subreddit discussing how Sakabula was a boogieman character that parents used to scare their kids. Basically Sakabula was a scary man/monster who kidnapped naughty children in a large sack and kept them until they learned how to behave. So I guess the game is sort of based on a real thing? I don't know why they have it as Shakabula instead of Sakabula, though.
