No such a thing as destitution in that case, no confidence vote from the assemblee nationale couldn't remove him, it would need a 5 steps procedure and eventually 2/3 votes from the assembly & the senate and the next assembly majority will be different than in the senate. No confidence vote is more like to agree or not with the state budget presented by the prime minister, not the president. It would need to be done in a case of high treason or something like that (working for a foreign state maybe) That's if there is an absolute majority in the assembly because it's quite probable there won't be one
