Ok, this video is incomplete. They should have known what was going to happen. They should have swapped the tires and make the XMAXX heavier and then come back and test everything again.

I see some people here saying this video helped them make their decision and they went with the XMAXX. How come? The XRT won every time here 🤷🏻‍♂️

Those are awesome however 8s line in my opinion are way way to heavy and big . They are going to break more often. The 6s line hits the sweet spot and out the box they are way faster. I love the 6s line

In my opinion I would rather upgrade my own crawlers but this seems nice for someone who doesn’t know how.

Always double check the the screw on motor mount and other parts. Sometimes the gear could get overheat strip too. I use onarieer white lithium grease all purpose that work great

I just bought a brand new X max paid $900 for it. It’s the one with the belted tires. I drove it around in my front yard for five minutes and blew out the pinion and spur gear because they’re made out of crap powdered metal

So tell me how the XRT I JUST bought, stripped the stock spur and pinion gears out of it on its first run in a flat grass back yard, no jumps, no bashing, just back and forth to get a feel for it? Don't use the driver excuse, I've been in RC's, and Traxxas since the original .15 nitro days. I've put the high speed gears in that came with it just to be able to run it again, but I'm ordering billet gears.

Do ypu have a part number for the shaft sleeve spacer and a part number for a new case with bearing? I bought a used one and the case doesn’t have a bearing inside , not even a place for a bearing to be screwed to . Also there was no motor shaft spacer so please help with part numbers or info to after Market ? Thanks

I can handle paperwork, consumer discourse, and maintaining store appearances…I know nothing about repair work on rc cars and and such! Is repairing rc cars or model trains an essential part of “OWNING” a hobby store? Is repair work a learn as you go thing or is there a hobby repair shop course I need to sign up for?

Hi I just brought a hard steel 72t spur for my emaxx but no bearing came with it. I tried the normal bearings for my emaxx but their either to small or won't fit. Is their a special bearing I need?

well thank you so much this video made me realize im missing ths pacer that goes behind the pinion gear on my x-maxx. No one in Canada has it in stock at the moment but atleast I know what's wrong.

Always do a tug o war on dirt as well to give the x maxx tires an advantage like the xrt has on tarmac
