It would be funny if all along it was Wildbeare Clair doing a stealth camp and in her next video you are the scary intruder and she packs up and goes home. 😂 .. I think some night vision goggles would be useful. Weird how they didn't have torch.

The creepiest thing is how they were able to keep their dog quiet when crashing around your camp that’s some good training. No point in sticking around when there are plenty enough weirdos who will be more than anti social enough to try and scope out whether they’re able to take you on or not. If there was someone there it sounds like they were doing exactly that and trying to figure out if you were alone or not. I think it would be hard for them to keep their dog quiet when we can hear it being quite vocal as you were leaving. Could be a vagrant camping out in the woods trying to figure out if you were a threat to them too. Did you have a reccy around when you went back to see if there was evidence of another camp recently used?
@campingwithjosh

I might have to head in and look especially to see if the camp fire wood has been moved. It could have been two separate people as the dog was heard when I packed up and heard once leaving field. I definitely someone in there as I saw them but I would have heard his dog move about with him. Who knows but defo won't be camping in those woods again. Strange things before have happened to me whilst camping in different areas of those woods.

I lived in the UK for many years and I find your woods and forests very strange and weird . Now back in Europe and I can tell you I feel safer in the woods full of wild animals rather then your spooky empty and foggy countryside with potentially psychotic people.

Hey Josh! I am glad you left early. Whenever things seem weird it's better to leave and be safe, you'll always have another campout. Unfortunately evil is real; whether it is Is people, satan, or other. It's better to flee when things don't seem right. I really enjoy your videos, your channel, and you're attitude. Glad you're safe and I'm looking forward to the next video of fun in the wilderness. Be well and God bless.🙂

look up tree magic, certain trees attract negative entities and them woods can be very creepy, birch woods are best to be in, negative entities are repulsed by birch, birch can also be burned to cleanse a space and rid it of any unwanted energy or entity, I never go into the woods with out a fair amount of incense or resin to burn to ward off any unwanted spirits, I'm not scared of bumping into crazy humans I carry a machete and I'm willing to use it to defend myself but I don't want any run in with any dark entities so that's why I always carry the tools to cleanse a space I'm staying in, many people may think this is garbage but I trust this will find whom its needs to.

Could possibly be a dog walker if your in local woods however the mind fabricates fear mate , got to think most of the horror films are based in the woods , but I do respect you for bailing i would also, when in doubt get out, a useful bit of kit would be a trail camera pointing at your camp very good idea if ever you had a confrontation cheap and light weight

I would have bailed too, for sure, what a spooky atmosphere! People can be super weird around stuff they don't understand (like wild camping), I used attend LARP events in foresty areas, and sometimes random people would just follow us around and watch us. Fair enough that they get curious about someone in chainmail in their local forest, but just ask and then leave me to it...

Josh, the most dangerous animal you will ever encounter out in the wild is other people. They can be real random. You wouldn't have been able to relax or settle down to sleep if you had stayed. The dogs barking proved something or someone was out there. I wouldn't have stayed either.

Man, I’ve been it that situation. Im very hardy nowadays in the woods and sleep like a baby, but once I saw a man on my thermal camera, walking very quietly through the woods about 50 meters away. It was dark and he (or she) wasn’t using a torch. They disappeared after a minute. Why were they there in the dark with no torch? That spooked me and I headed out. Had other experiences also or torches in the night, screams etc…. Yet I keep going out. You now have got to go back there and brave a night. Borrow my thermal camera ! 😂
