yeah boosters are just more worth kept sealed. i'm collecting cards, not as a reseller, and what i mostly do is collect second hand cards from big collectors / resellers in garage sale. with people like that collecting i can get my money's worth of cards, usually for around market value or lower, in near mint to mint condition (since they are more professional than me lol). and i can choose the cards i want. i may buy some boosters if some get discounted during the black friday or something but i'm not paying 7€ for a 5% chance or maybe getting my money back in 3 years.

I just started collecting again recently. Pokémon cards can be a good investment if you are VERY lucky. I've sold cards worth $15 dollars ungraded that i got from $5 packs, but for every 1 good pack, there's 5 that fail to make any profit. I also think grading is a big waste/scam, but that's another rant.

Realistically I do agree with your points, opening booster or boxes is largely a waste. With the release of illustration rare and special illustration rares, I'm praying on a crash cause I really do love the art of some if these singles. So I'd find it nice if this investment mindset would chill out.

I loved the custom entrance music in 2k14, and I also agree the Mania mode was far superior to what we have now. I don't know if I could say 2k decreases every year, but the issue is they add something back in but take something else away. First, let's get the elephant in the room out of the way. 2k20 is regarded as the worst. Developers left 2k and just left the game unfinished; it was glitched beyond all who knows what, and follow that up with a pandemic so there was no 2k21. AEW tried capitalizing on this, but their game took years to finish, finishing only after their megastars left the company back to WWE. I think WWE put a lot of effort back into 2k22 as a result, as it felt like they at least got a scare that there would be competition. As it turns out, Fight Forever's Creation suite is just miles away from 2k's. So, 2k22 did vastly improve gameplay from it's predecessor. The game has remained the same, but something always takes a hit. This year, they added ambulance match, casket match, and special guest referee match, and revamped the GM mode, but Community Creations/online servers has taken a serious hit. There are so many people who are talking about they can't download anything. You can see that you have 107/1024MB used, but 2k will tell you you've used to much space - I stress, not save slots. So basically I download an arena and 10 CAW's and I'm already out of space. Showcase also took a big hit by just giving a summary of 40 years, not really giving us a fresh look at each. I understand there are rights issues regarding Flair, Daniel Bryan, Sting, and Edge, but these are literally cornerstone moments of the company. It would have been better to save this mode for when you have the rights to everyone. Even then it still feels underwhelming without Owen and Benoit, but I think we can understand why. Alongside that moment, I think it's criminal we never got a WCW showcase mode. They literally had McMahon and Lesnar slated for the game, but took them out last minute due to the allegations - mind you, not even indicted yet. Yet, both are featured in Showcase. It's not like we can't go back and play Showcase or literally any other WWE game. I really say there was no reason for this. All they really needed to do was a put a disclaimer in the open screen saying 2k does not necessarily reflect the values of WWE/McMahon/Lesnar etc. There, boom, done. Game is severely lacking in legends. No Martel, no Bigelow, no Bundy, no Slaughter, no Studd, no Bushwhackers, no Demolition, no LOD, no Fuji, no Goldust, no Sid, no Flair, no Daniel Bryan, no Edge, no Hardys, no Sting, no Big Show, no DX music, no Shango, no Godfather, and kinda no Lesnar and no McMahon. All this equates to - basically no WrestleMania. So I say save this mode for 50 years, when you likely have the rights to everyone you want. For me, I would have done an HBK showcase, as you likely have access to many big names. You could do HBK vs. Tatanka, Martel, Razor, Diesel, Sid, Taker, Austin, Triple H, Kurt Angle, John Cena, Mankind, Mysterio, Bret, Orton, Bulldog, and maybe more.

Masamume did lose to Klaus technically. Because in that world, the strength of the Bey comes from the spirit of the Blader. That's technically what Xio meant when he was talking about the blader's spirit. Granted if Klaus was fighting to his full potential than Masamume would have won but Klaus was albe to exceed his limits. Get to a level that probably hasn't been seen before which is how Masamume lost.

The number 1 thing isn't really put to the test until his match with chao shin I think one key battle we should have had before the world tournament started was Kyoya vs Masamune As i do think this would be important for both kyoya and Masamune that would obviously have Masamune being stomped. Segway into his whole he lost so quickly arc and begins training. Then have the first match with Chao Shin end in a tie with Masamune being strong enough to beat Chao Shin but lacking refinement so the normal episodes play out he does end up beating Chao Shin and now believes he closed the gap he had with Kyoya Leading to the wildfang battle where he being really cocky tries to stomp Nyle and then loses from out of nowhere instead of not being strong enough he looses to being reckless and underestimating them Then the rest of that plays out like normal The best change to make for Excalibur would it ending in a tie. Would mirror Ginka and Kyoyas battle and here I'd actually have Masamune being injured technically like him being way to over exerted so that when they battle the garcias he loses to stress not stupidity and then keep everything else the same The rest makes sense Masamunes arc felt uncompleted in the tournament but after masters it comes full circle I think these little touches complete his character and retains what makes him who he is. So when we get to metal fury he feels powerful and is trying to go even higher Sorry so long if you made it here pat yourself on the back

Rock Zurafa is actually pretty great, especially for the parts it comes with. Rock itself is a very good anti-attack wheel in the Limited format, and R145 is one of the heaviest spin tracks which makes it top tier on so many combos (including with Rock). You could use the Rock Zurafa stock combo and just swap out the tip for something aggressive (like say RF) and have a great beyblade right then and there. I agree that the Vulcan Horuseus stock combo is not good at all, but Vulcan itself has a lot of potential as an attack type fusion wheel. I've seen some people have great success with it, even though it is definitely not one of the top tier parts. Flame Byxis is absolutely brilliant. You just need to swap out the tip for a CS and you have what is easily the most popular combo used in the MFB Limited format. Extremely reliable, and very few beyblades can check it. Evil Befall is also one I'd agree with you on, though I think its part do have a lot of merit. Evil itself is quite decent in the Limbo format, and I'd say it can work as a substitute for Flame on a 230CS combo, with its own strengths and weaknesses. EWD is a very good tip on stamina types, especially Meteo LDrago, because of its great LAD. I am not sure how you even put Hades Kerbecs in the same league as all the others. All of it is just fantastic. The Hades wheel was so overpowered, that it was banned from the Limited format. The Kerbecs energy ring is one of the heaviest energy rings out there, and finds a lot of use in attack, defense and balance type customizations. BD145 is extremely overpowered, so much so that it's obviously banned in the Limited format, and its combo with Diablo is banned from the 4D format. EDS is fine, that one's the only part that is just kinda alright. You had a lot of complaints about scraping, and I think that can honestly just be solved with good launch technique.

The worst thing is my Blitz Striker disappointment (Fury, not Hyperblades version). It showed a rubber tip at the back of the box that I wanted and they had also previously produced it with Ray Gil so there was no issue. And yet when I opened it was a watered down plastic tip that isn't the one on the back of the box 😂

Hasbro also released back then a Beyblade Legends line (Not to be confused with Legend Beyblades, which were Hasbro's version of the Pre-Hybrid Wheel Metal Beyblades) which had the Takara Tomy Variants of the 4D Beyblades. So you actually get Big Bang Pegasus with its Final Drive, Phantom Orion with its Bearing Drive and even Takara Tomy only beyblades such as Diablo Nemesis X:D all in their usual colors.

You can't clown Kerbecs because of one mode (that nobody uses) It's literally one of of the best stock combos out there. Only bad part is the DS tip. Only Bey better than Kerbecs (pre 4D) is probably Tempo and possibly Meteo Ldrago. Kerbecs has shown to even compete with some 4D Beys. This is the one time where I think you're just wrong

used to own thermal lacerta when I was a kid, personally, I hated it. It was just such an odd combo, like you have the HF performance tip for super aggressive attack but then you have the heavy thermal wheel which puts alot of weight on the bey and slows down its circular attacks. So the parts don't mesh well together at all, HF is supposed to make the bey go around the stadium very fast but the thermal wheel just cancels it out and you end up with a bey that doesn't even know what it wants to be. Its not dealing damage with a stamina based metal wheel like thermal and its unable to attack aggressively with the HF tip.

Ok idk about the others, I can make an argument for Rock Leone being good. But Hades Kerbecs?! No just no that bey is top tier irl I literally never lost again once I got that bey, even when doing battle royals with 6 opponents and more, Hades Kerbecs came out on top every time The bey by itself is already goated, but if you keep it in Boost Mode and switch the Defense Spike tip for a Ball tip or even a Wide Defense tip, no one is beating that bey. Heck the Attack Mode can be used still as well, it all just relies on the performance tip you use Now if you wanna know a bey that was good in the anime but trash irl? Then look no further than freaking Diablo Nemesis X:D That bey sucked so bad it's not even funny, ironically enough, L-Drago Destructor hit it once and I bullshit you not, Nemesis literally came apart...
