Would it be a good idea to list it on Amazon or should I avoid items that are doing well on temu and look for items that are fairly new ?

You can pay them to hold items you’re selling at one of their warehouses and then when someone buys said product on Amazon that you listed, Amazon then fills that order and ships it themselves. But to pay for that warehouse space is kinda costly and I think they gotta be all sold within a certain time frame or else they charge you extra for holding. So it’s kinda a leap of faith whether or not you could get it going. Gonna have to spend some beans

Jon you're the CEO of yard3pl! that's awesome! new sub here I have been a reseller on eBay for sev years just sourcing through thrift finds, etc and I still have a huge passion for that as you can't really hate a source of income that lets you shop right?! But on the down side, it's extremely time consuming. So I have very recently decided to add dropshipping to my line of income sources. This is a whole different ball game. I love the concept though. I've known about dropshipping for quite a long time however, just hadn't really put it into action. In the last week I have started dropshipping on eBay and I am hoping to see some great results in due time. What I am noticing is I am needing to get a leg up or head start on finding products that aren't already saturated; hence how I found this video. I like temu better because I think the shipping is faster. Years ago I was drop shipping on ebay and almost lost my account, Now I usually buy it first. I am going to start listing before I buy it, but I have a plan to not get in too much trouble. Now I am not going to drop-ship. It is going to come to my house first so I know what is going on. I also put on ebay a long time to receive the item. I thougt it was easier too.

Jon what’s up man, long time follower here! Just wondering strategy wise are you testing all the stuff you find in a general store or are you making 1 product stores with your finds. I only ask because the general approach seems so flawed at the moment with shoppers being much more wise.

They do. And what happens when they want a refund because it is not as described. Temu will refund the first few times. But make it more difficult as the refunds pile up. Read up on the complaints with multiple refund/return request. Not a sustainable business.

But on the other hand, you love testing products that no one ever heard of without any proof of concenpt. That might be the best approach to a pro like you, but for beginners? Nope.
