What a wonderful podcast! Our ladies Bible study is going through Now and Not Yet, and this is a practical example of the biblical truths you present in your book. Thank you for sharing!

What an encouragement !!! Thank you so much, Judah, for sharing your story and your testimony of God’s grace and sustaining power that has carried you through these last couple of months. I’m 21 and have been sick since I was 12 with various health issues and chronic pain. It is easy to question and doubt God’s love sometimes, and so I greatly appreciated those reminders of God’s love, mercy, and kindness. We deserve much worse than the pain we’ve been given to carry, and we certainly do not deserve to live another day! How thankful I am for the hope we have in Christ! What a mercy to be given tangible reminders of our mortality. So much love to you and your family !!!

What a beautiful testimony of God’s grace and a young man’s faith in the midst of great suffering. I want faith like he has! And a faithful mama and papa who raised such a remarkable young man!

This was such a blessing to listen to. My Bible study ladies were in the middle of your study on Colossians when we heard about Judah...and we prayed...and prayed. What a joy to see our loving God's hand on your lives. Your future is bright, Judah.

A friend shared this with me this morning and I'm so thankful for you sharing your story. First, I have a rare, progressive lung disease and am in the middle of IV antibiotics and 5 inhaled medications to treat a flare up and needed the encouragement. Judah's words of wisdom at the end rang in my heart as he talked about every breath we take is a gift from Him--this is especially significant for me as my lungs don't work that great. Secondly, it reminded me of when my younger brother almost died in a motorcycle accident in 2006--thankfully God saw fit to spare his life and though he was in a coma and had a traumatic brain injury, he made a full recovery and now is married with two beautiful boys. I really needed these reminders and encouraging truths today in the midst of my own health struggles that will never go away and only get worse, this side of heaven. I'm also excited to check out your books, especially the one you referenced in the video! God is so good and faithful to always provide exactly what you need when you need it. :) To God be the glory, great things He hath done!

Thankful for this update. I broke my back a year ago. Finally back to almost 100% after a lot of work. As soon as I saw your mom post about the accident I started praying. I know the pain and the long journey to recovery. I could so relate when you all talked about not being able to stay in the restaurant because it hurt so much. Scary! Grateful you are doing so well and on the road to a full recovery. Will continue to pray!!!!

This pic is my hubby, not me! I'm his 73 yr old wife who experienced her first broken bones in Oct. (3 bones in ankle). Had surgery to insert rod, pins, and screws followed by 7 weeks of not being able to put any weight on that foot. We were in the middle of moving out of our house to have carpet removed and original wooden floors refinished when accident happened. Being a "doer take charge" person who suddenly was halted was super hard for me. But folks stepped in and finished the move out... and 10 days later did the move back in. Therapists say I may be back to normal by April. What have I learned? That I don't have to be in charge, and that it's okay to accept and ask for help from others...a hard lesson for such an independent woman as I. But God has been faithful thru it all. I now call this my "sabbatical" as I have learned to experience "quiet" and much deeper worship of our Lord. Thank you, Judah, for your testimony. I'll continue to pray for you.
