I'm having trouble with the differences between pronouncing đ and dž, č and ć. Is it ok at a beginners level to pronounce them basically the same?

they are so similar its hardly noticeable, especially for beginners. one is slightly sharper than the other. probably bad example, but on a piano you can play the same note normally or staccato which is sharper/shorter

Dude can u explain in one Video the Croatian grammar and can u also explain me what the "te" means in for example: Volim Te? Or the "je" in Vrijeme je?

It means YOU, "te" is kind of short form of "tebe"... I love you - Ja volim tebe... "te" and "tebe" has similar meaning.... Don't know if it's a good example but... Can you hear me? - I can hear you. Can you hear something? - I can hear YOU. Vrijeme means time, je means is. It is time. grammar takes time to explain, not sure one video could do it :D
