007 Asking open and closed questions

Why is 'How can I help you?' better than 'Can I help you?'? Business coach and sales trainer Fius van Laar explains in this vlog, what the difference is between open and closed questions. In his brief presentation he focuses on the application of this issue for anyone working in sales. By asking an open question you, as the salesperson, force your customer to think.
