01: Getting Started in Carveco: Drawing Vectors

Is the interface of carveco same as that of artcam ? What extra does an artcam artist need to learn to work on carveco? Is there a link where I can find the details of new tools added to carveco after it got rechristened from artcam 2018.

Im confused with the last bit, drawing lines. When i create a polyline it doesn't make a straight line. It goes wherever i move the mouse. How do i make straight lines? Thanks.

To create straight lines, you can either turn on the grid and snap to it, use the dialog section to enter sizes, or the easiest, press ctrl on the keyboard and move the move the mouse, you will see it snap in 15 deg intervals.

@@Carveco It's amazing how hard it is to simply draw a straight line from a spesific point. How do I input the starting point and ending point of a simple straight line?
