Where did the idea for putting electric guitar in Cyan's theme come from? Because that's genius.

When you have a certain instrumentation in your band, you just ask yourself a whole lot, which instrument should play this part? You've got finite choices and each instrument has its own strengths and weaknesses. (In our case, we have flute, electric guitar, and keyboards.) FF6 was our first medley so we were very much still learning how to work that out, but I think we lucked out and got it right on dividing up these! Some of our other early medleys, maybe not quite so much...
