02-06 Lincoln Navigator Door Panel Removal

Having just replaced the power window regulator in the driver's door of my 2012 Navigator, I must admit that this door panel is a pleasure to remove and re-install compared to other vehicles that I have owned. Strong plastic support tabs at the bottom of the door and screw attachments for the rest of it. No cheap plastic clips and fasteners that usually break, either during the removal or re-installation process. This is rare moment that I give thanks to the Ford/Lincoln engineers.

Thanks for the video! I went out there and the last owner had removed all the screws and never put them back, so knowing where to pop out the door was all I needed. Replaced the tweeter and I'm back in business! Thanks!

I just removed my drivers door inside panel on my 2003 Navigator. I removed the panel without taking the rectangular trim off of the inside door handle. Your panel will come off. But before you put everything back together, you must remove that trim to get the inside panel to "set" into its holes. Removing that trim is much easier with the panel off of the door. Just my two bits.

Question. I have a 2004 lincoln navigator and the turn signal switch is broke. . The question is that the same as the Ford expedition? They look the same online and the lincoln is 150 vs 81 for ford. I know some parts are the same is that the case with the indicator switch?

Take door apart,obviously off track or something, gotta start by taking door panel off to find the issue, usually a easy fix.

@@GarageBoys next problem I'm trying to figure out is electrical. Windows, third row seats, dim dash lighting. It started occasionally not working then everything but one vent window wont work at all

Note definitely not fuses or the window motor

Maybe you got water in the fuse box and you have some corrosion

It could be that the latch is loose or out of alignment. Tighten the bolts to the latch and see if that helps.

Um yeah...so u can hook up speakers,or fix door handle in my case....
