My 2006 Navigator has the manual radio installed with out the navigation.. Can I swap that radio with the stock navigator radio with navigation? Will all of the electrical connections work?

Special tool? Lol. You mean a metal coat hanger bent into a U shape (x's 2. One each side)? You just insert it and push outward slightly and it'll fall out in your hand basically..
