In one of the example chart (carnegi) chart, on lagna 8 planets argala without obstruction, but lecture limits only his second house, is there any reason, this is only astrological doubt only (4th house sat,mer n 5th house mer,ven,mars, ketu n 7th house moon, 11th house rahu total 8 planets)
