Good morning Romaric, and thank you very much for the question. You can create an appcontrol and block everything and create Filter Overrides for the desired applications and websites.

when you applied facebook app activity,it actually block all your internet not only facebook,so its not working

Good, to block only the Facebook application you have to go to the application control and make a filter for the Facebook app and apply block action. But u will license.
