Just finished the last workout of phase 1 listening to this 🦑 I’m planning to do the programme all low impact + at home the first time round, then reload it another 8 weeks but in the gym and higher impact as some extra progressive overloading. This is really the programme I’ve been waiting for my whole life and pairing it with the Nutrition Code is doing wonders right now, already seeing progress after 2 weeks but not compromising my knees 🙏🏾

Are you able to do the whole fat don’t fly program at home/outside without weights? Or do you need a gym? Thinking about doing it but I don’t have gym access. Thanks!

Im on a good weight but im skinny fat. Because of injuries im slow and my vert sucks. So if i do fdf, will i get muscles and lose fat? I mean of course with the right diet. I just want to get in my best form and dunking again after years. And after that i want to try vertcode elite. Pjf is this the way to go?

Do plastic tile courts(the ones on streetball tournaments etc) decrease bounce/explosiveness vs concrete or regular basketball surfaces? I may sometimes notice a decrease in these qualities when I'm on plastic tiles vs concrete for example so I was wondering about your exp and thoughts.
@mosesbygate-smith2750
@mosesbygate-smith2750 4 жыл бұрын
It can definitely play a role. Your performance on these varying surfaces types can largely come down to your specific soft tissue development and how you produce force. Tendon vs muscle driven essentially

@@mosesbygate-smith2750 I see, so if I am more tendon driven the plastic tile would be more detrimental toy performance vs concrete for example? Thanks for the answer

Because we switch fuels from carbs to fats at 90 min, we still burn fat from doing 30 min of exercise through the rest of the day correct?
@davidseney7588
@davidseney7588 3 жыл бұрын
That’s wrong... there is three energy systems in your body. Steady state cardio uses fat as energy and jumping/sprinting/ or hitt type workouts use carbs as energy(muscle glycogen) because the body can’t keep up for the required oxygen levels.
@davidseney7588
@davidseney7588 3 жыл бұрын
That’s why carbs are extremely important for building muscle or training athletically as well.
@EA-ps4wc

Y'all overcomplicate stuff. Your body doesn't have a timer when it gets to 90 min of exercise where it turns off fat. Provided you're not doing crazy high intensity workouts all the time, you're getting adequate protein, and you're eating in a slight caloric deficit you will lose fat

I heard that I’d you do too much workouts right after each other you might have some knee pain and joint pain, but i think you should focus on 1 program and when your done go on to the other , I have the vertcode bodyweight and I’m going to do it until it’s all don’t then I’ll get to vert code elite

Thanks for your great podcasts, I love the content. Do you know how much procent the vertical jump height increases, when the body weight decreases by 1 %, assumed, that the strength and everything else stays exactly the same, so that only body fat is decreased? Or how much improvement we could expect
@blakehofmans8486
