I would think simple, basic ballet would be the simplest and most organic way of improving alignment (in the vacuum of discussing alignment). Whatever it is you're doing your body probably has a reason for.

Yo! The reason we get sunburnt more easily at higher altitudes is because the air is thinner which means less of the UV radiation is dissipated in the atmosphere. Since less UV is dissipated in the atmosphere at higher altitudes we're exposed more UV for the same amount of sun exposure than we would be at a lower altitude where the air is more dense. Thankful for you and what you do, glad I could do some explaining for once 😂

Hey about the section the pelvic tilt. Of course I am a 100m sprinter and speed is everything in that race. But I want to lessen my recurring injury in my hamstring/glute. Even though you kinda already answered this. What should you suggest lose that small step or keep trying to be loose as humanly possible?

Hey Paul the next ep. Segment you should cover is how strong do you have to get to 50 inch vertical, the produnker Isaiah Rivera explains that you need to get really strong in the weight room is that true? #Fanbase

I’ve done a lot of podcasts on that topic. I’ve worked with and assessed a lot of athletes in the 45-50 inch vert range. Only 1 of them was very strong in the weightroom. I’ve had guys test 50 inch and they’ve never lifted a weight. To say you have to squat a certain number to jump 50 inches just isn’t true

Hey coach. Should I train 1 skill at a time or multiple in skills training? Sooo many opinions out there. Your thoughts?
@pjfperformance

I prefer multiple skills unless you’re already good at everything and you only have one particular skill holding you back. In that case I would build sessions around that 1 skill.

Are you still incorporating overcoming isometrics prior to speed/vertical training? If so have you seen a performance increase during that session and which would you prefer, belt squat iso or mid thigh pull? Thanks

Hey coach, is a decline in mechanics and game performance AFTER multiple weeks of intense skills training a sign of needed rest? In my case, I’ve been working on my ball control and jumper for the past month or so and I’ve been doing very high intensity/difficulty skill workouts. I was improving very quickly for the most part until this last week where I’ve found myself declining in performance and just can’t seem to get my body and mind fired up when on the court, even though I don’t feel particularly tired. This same scenario has happened before and it’s frustrating because it feels like my effort is being wasted. Just looking for an opinion from a professional. -Thanks

Hey Paul what’s your opinion on playing multiple sports if basketball is the main one? Does it cause less of a compensation like you mentioned in the videos which could negatively impact the body because there’s not as much basketball in your body? Or does it train and strengthen other muscles that aren’t used as much in basketball reducing the risk of injury? Also the skill development stand point, how would it affect skill level?
