I had an Accord coupe of the previous generation and I just bought a 2005 sedan. It really feels muted compared to the older one I had, the seating position is too high, the steering is not responsive, the road feel is like zero and even the gearbox doesn't offer satisfying shifts. Is that just the way it is? Will coilovers help the road feel? Idk what to do, kinda wish I hadn't upgraded

Hey! Im installing coilovers as we speak on my 03 Accord! The bushings on the coilovers (back) are way to big for the hole it’s going into, i tried pushing it and i tried everything, they are almost 1cm too big, what do i need to do?

Geta small bull horn or what ever size you need n hammer in. Itll open it up lol idk it what i do as an ironworker when a bolt dont go in

Honestly, they got the job done which was to get the car low. I’ve had two of them blow out on me which may not have been the coilovers fault possibly because the roads here are so awful. I didn’t like that adjusting the ride height also changed the preload and also the collars seized up on me a few times (again maybe not the coilovers fault). I just wanted more adjustability which the Megan Racing ones had

You can adjust it before putting them on and when they in the car but you would need to lift the car and take the wheels off

Yo when I type Honda Accord 2007 coilovers on eBay it comes as TSX (Accord Euro) in my country do they both fit?

@@markvi_gti I think it's called CM5 in America is that right? On eBay it says it doesn't fit. Our model of Honda arnt popular in my country I don't wanna buy the wrong part can you tell me what model is that called in America if U live there is it CM5 or TL

They are CM5 and CM6 over here for sedans and Cm7/8 for coupe

Hey man I gotta question. On the lower bolt for the back coil over was there a nut on the other end?

Yes there should be a nut on the other end, I don’t remember the size unfortunately sorry about that.

@@markvi_gti did it come off or was it welded cuz rn I’m trying to do the back coil overs on my 06 accord and that bolt will not come off but the nut did and now the bolt is just spinning freely and I’m kinda lost 🤣🤣

Yes it comes off, hit the bolt with a rubber hammer until it sticks out a bit and then you should be able to get it out.
