lol! Thanks. Yes, a couple of my favorite matches was when I beat Allison 7-0 in the finals. I'm not sure anyone else has done that to her, not once, but twice. But the fct tht it makes me proud shows my respect for her. We had an incredible rivalry. She truly is one of the greatest. With the level of play coming out of China today, as well as Kelly Fisher, and others, I'm not sure that she's still at the level she was at her best but she will always be dangerous. I'm glad I had the time that I did with her. I finally had 3 major surgeries in 2001 but I was never able to play as much pool as I did in my twenties, more because of pain than a busy schedule. But I tried not to make excuses. I did my best with what I had. That's all you can do.@@dontreldontrel416

She was ranked 3rd in the world, l have a few photos of her, 1 in the Embassy Ladies World Championships , 1 with the mayor of Neath at her reception, l have a newspaper article about her in 1962, 5th May in London but l think that was a UK title, and a few more. I am DESPERATELY trying to find television coverage of the matches Mum played in, l have spent weeks searching, l have searched the BBC archives website and HTV archive website & as many snooker websites that l can find. I am at a dead end now & l NEED help to guide me in the correct direction. Please can you try to think of all the sites that l could try? My Mother, Lettie Hayward from Cwmgrach in Wales played a match against Joe Davis and won. I am DESPERATELY trying to see my Mother in action in her glory days. I do hope that you can help me please??
