I share the same belief with Mr Kangwa, never leave a job when it’s all you have, I have been volunteering for an organization as an Administrative Assistant/Economic Researcher although I not on a salary but just a monthly stipend to cover for my transport, I am using this opportunity to learn as much as I can and possibly position myself for future opportunities.

If we can have 5 HR experts like him going round in secondary schools holding conferences Zambian youths would have been doing so fine. I remember when you hosted him on business review we really need this man

I have learnt so much Exactly what I need Again on the issue of the salary when asked during an interview in as much as it’s important to ask for the range I feel it’s wise to ask them what’s on the table what are they offering that way you can argue if it’s not good enough because you wouldn’t want to ask for less or ask for too much which would seem like a joke

Great interview. I don't just agree that the boss should take credit for the work that the subordinate is doing. Instead, he or she must be fair enough to say "we have delivered on this but thanks to let's say 'Nathan' who worked very hard to ensure that the work was done". Taking credit for what you did not do is not only unfair but also unprofessional. Let people shine when they do good!
@philipmaimba13652 жыл бұрын
I agree with you, my former boss used to give me credit in meetings and that made the top management aware of what I was capable of doing
