Thanks @dougthealligator . My video rig is a Hasselblad Moto Mod 10x optical zoom on a Z2 phone, and has stereo mics built in recording at 48k 24 bit, so - tough to beat that. On all the shows since early 2023, I record the audio on a Zoom H1N1 recorder at 96k & 24 bit, and use that instead of off the camera. That plus a 40" tripod is a sick rig. The amount of shit I can walk through bag checks at clubs with is hilarious.
