03 KATA SHORIN-RYU Matsubayashi Naihanchi Nidan

Beautiful Kata and from my albeit limited Karate experience, excellent form. What I really liked was that tho your arm movements were very quick, they were also very disciplined, there was very little if any excess movement, there was no 'telegraph' of movement. And the base and legwork seemed tandem with arm/hand work, looked very solid. Thank you very much for the video! I am a student of Shorin-Ryu Shorinkan and your videos are very helpful.
