It really is incredible like I said before when I had my previous phone you know I really do like this video I really wish I could have stayed in karate in 2011 it really would have been better to improve and become strong and defend yourself and things go terribly wrong and how things can go your way the way of the martial art is a way of life 🥋☯️🙏😌🙏☯️🥋

There is an organisation near me that teaches this style and is called ESKK. I dropped karate in my twenties as the club then was like a Mac Dojo and was only interested in money.

They don’t, they are a white base with black silk woven on. As time goes by they wear out where they are tied and the white thread shows through. This takes a lot of tying over a long time and shows a long time training. ;0)

keisuke185 Muay Thai is a sport fighting style that is watered down from Muay Boran which is a lot more similar to karate in its a self defence system.

muai thai teaches you how to do hooked attacks and how to protect from them. for that reason alone its better.
