1) it’s a pity that the davichni picker is not displayed on these devices (((this function is really missing. 2) there is not enough function for comparing images in wipe mode for accurate matching.

Are you using OpenFX plugin or I/O capture card? Some of the Resolve features do not go through when using OpenFX plugin. In any case, there's also a color picker as well as wipe modes in OmniScope.

I wish you said more about how to actually use the info from thevectorgraph to make edits to the colour, when you said "the highlights in this image are warm but the rest is neutral" I can't work out how you could tell that from the graphs
