04 Propagation Model Validation FLANKING METAL FENCE 15

Description of "flankng melal fence" field tests results to validate the propagation model I used for real-time ECM effectiveness feedback for two applications:
1) counter-RCIED ECM Protection Range Estimator, and
2) cognitive ship defence against missile attack, specifically jog detection.
Propagation tests were conducted on an asphalt road flanked by a chain-link fence. The resulting live graph of power versus range show considerable spatial noise; this noise is well-predicted by the propagation model
Video features an unique software application to play back spectra recorded at one meter intervals to produce a "live" graph of measured power versus range.
