A very Richard H. Kirk vibe, I'm digging it.

I'm glad to hear it! I always hope having the patch notes helps people dissect my patches properly and learn from them.

@@AlastairWilsonMusic i keep coming back to these because they were a deciding factor for me when i took my firsts step in eurorack to for example buy a maths as my first module to accompany the mother32, but most important because with a simple setup you create very beautiful and expressive music, it's an inspiration. as a beginner i try to stay away from falling into the toolbox fallacy, so these help a lot

Wonderful sounds very hypnotic and soothing. Once finished will pop over to the other vid as very interested in that approach.

Since you ask. I have a question here: how did you end up swaping one of your mothers for several smaller modules?

I have enough non-modular Moog gear now so I decided to make my eurorack setup less Moog-y, to have some variety in my hardware. Also, I was running out of creative ideas for the same modules after having them for so long. Kept one M32 though because they're so useful!

@@AlastairWilsonMusic makes sense. This is one thing I really like within the eurorack community, the communication and exchanging of modules. At least here people are meeting each other in venues and through sites on the net for this purpose. You still got that DFAM? Or you didn't have it for that long? Maybe not the best tool for the kind of music you play?

Sold the DFAM ages ago after a few videos - fantastic for hands-on techno percussion but not so great for self-gen stuff, since there isn't a lot by way of modulation and utilities.

@@AlastairWilsonMusic I asked because I was surprised to see how you managed to make use of it in an ambient piece. Anyway, have a good rest of the weekend.

Have a look at the patch diagram in the description, it shows what I have at the moment! I've moved a bit more towards modules that are good for self-gen, like a random source, quantiser, oscillators with more modulation options...
