Only problem c90 in older models has been electrical failures, like stator , charging problems that’s I checked on social media from genuine buyers and from mechanic reviews, I like it as I have c50, best trouble free bike just changing engine oil in time, only I get scared of buying c90 is electrical failure issues.

Greetings. I have the exact same 2005 Suzuki C90 that you do. As I need to perform my first oil change, I commend you for making this video. If you don't mind my asking, where does the height of your windshield meet your person? Is it below your chin? The reason I ask is because I'm preparing for a 500+ mile round-trip day ride. While doing a 120 mile ride home at night a few weeks ago, I discovered that my vision at night is not clear enough due to the fact that the height of my stock windshield is at/slightly above my eyes. Also, with the stock windshield, there is a lot of air buffeting at 65+ mph. You said you have a Memphis Shades "Batwing." Does it help to reduce the air buffeting and make your ride quieter at highway speeds? What is the exact model number that you acquired? Also, you said you have a Mustang seat. What's the longest single-day ride that you've taken? Did the Mustang seat keep you comfortable? I need a seat that can not cause me cramps after a 1000+ mile ride. Any information you can provide is greatly appreciated. Take care. -Z

If you just change the oil, then it's 3,9 US qt. If you change the filter as well, it should be indeed those 4,5 US qt (btw I only wet the filter gasket - the extra oil in is not necessary, but doesn't hurt either, though). For overhauls, it's recommended to put it 5,3 US qt. For Brits these translate to 3,3 imp qt, 3,8 imp qt and 4,4 imp qt, respectively. For us, EU guys 😙 these values are 3,7l, 4,3l and 5,0l, respectively. Thumbs up to - in order of appearance - the fun rascal of a kid, a shy wife to be adored and a cool black dog. Also.. Have you considered getting a cat or two? Just to spice things up? 😀 Ride hard & ride safe.

What saddle bags you got on there?
@amidwestfamily1122 жыл бұрын
They are boulevard brand that was on the bike when I bought it. A soft leather none lockable internal metal frame. They aren't terrible but I would like some larger lockable more weather proof bags, but with the exhaust I got without thinking about it come up to much. So I would have to buy another set of pipes before I could put larger bags on.

Wrong engine oil,not for for big V twins!
@amidwestfamily112 Жыл бұрын
Why would you say that? Per the owners manual on page 2-3 it says to use 10w-40 in a API of SF or SG, or a 10w-40 in a API of SH or SJ or JASON MA. On the mobile 1 racing 4T bottle is a 10w-40 in a JASON MA/MA2 with an API SN. If it was a Harley I would agree that it would be the wrong oil, but since it is a metric bike they use different oil. 🤔
