Probably the best tornado footage to come out of NH! Usually they're rain wrapped so this is a special treat

I was right on the other side of monadnock from this when it happened. Very scary getting tornado warning alerts on a mountain hours from the car.

You're usually safe on a mountain, tornadoes take the path of least resistance which is usually flat laying ground not high or low.

We had a funnel cloud over my house but didn't touch down, glad everyone was ok.

Chased that storm through Manchester. Definitely tried to drop a tornado while it was over downtown.

This looks very similar to the one we had in Moscow, Russia recently. A small, harmless funnel.

Luckily, it was a weakling tornado.

I’m amazed that qualifies as a tornado. It was so weak it didn’t even blow any leaves off the trees. I am told it had top wind speeds of approximately 15 mph. You could literally walk right through it and not know it was there
@SlicedHackedAndGrinded4 ай бұрын
No, just by condensation and those narrow vortices I can tell it's well above 15, which is physically impossible anyway. Still very weak, 55-65 mph by my guess. Not enough to loft anything considerable.
@saramichele73664 ай бұрын
The report states that it was an EF-1 with peak winds of 90mph.
