Actually we planned a video for the Hardware with an Alumni brother. Her unavailability is causing the delay. Prototype cost i'm not sure if u can put it directly , but if you have a proper business plan . Mention a section like deployment cost and you can put it

Maybe you can use that in your video description. But it's upto you , if you think that there is enough space to put a product image after drafting a perfect use case and show stopper/dependencies section , then you can proceed

Totally depends on the SIH Evaluators bro. Max of 5 finalists and there were even Problem statements with 0 finalists last year.
