Thanks for all the videos man. I found a 2009 "2008 Tucson GF's" Tucson video where I was reminded about the dimple for the pressure bleed. I couldn't even find the location.

Right next to the thermostat. Plan on using a dremel to cut the plastic top off. Socket will not fit over the plastic connector. Why do they make them that way?

This was a very easy job for me. Don't let this video lead you to believe it's a bitch, because it isn't. Once the the wires, batt and air filter were out of the way, it took me all of 2 minutes to the thermostat off. I removed my rusty battery tray and removed the rust with wire wheel then painted it. It's drying while I work. Duh! Why didnt I order a hose when I ordered the thermostat? ORDER THE HOSE YOU DUMMIES. 25412-2E100 $30 ON AMAZON. Now I have to wait for the hose to be delivered tomorrow. I went with autozone because amazon didnt offer overnight. I have a temp sensor that I wanted to replace but once again it will require a dremel because a socket will not fit over it. Get the Hyundai thermostat. It has a tooth so that you line up the jiggle pin properly (12 o'clock - very important). I have to say, Gates thermostat was really cheap looking compared to the hyundai. But then again, the Hyundai failed. It is permanently stuck in the open position. I tried to move it and it would not budge. Since there is no question that the temp gauge showed cool due to the thermostat, I am going to pass on changing the temp sensor. Do yourself a favor and remove the coilpacks. There are four bolts holding it on. Two are on the firewall side and will require removing the throttle body air tube. Getting the plug wires off the coil pack is near impossible.
